And speaking of tournaments, many of our members have travelled abroad to reach for glory and gold in tournaments in Hawaii, in Mexico and in the southern US. Here’s just a sampling of adventures undertaken by some of our members:
Chip Bourke, partnered with Pat Murphy, President of IFP, to earn silver at 4.5 Mens’ Doubles, in the Sombrero Showdown in San Carlos, Mexico!
A huge contingent of EPC members competed in the Hawaii Open and several came away with gold, silver and bronze! And some great suntans!
Ryk Visscher, Ken Bobey, John Visscher all EPC members, came away with serious hardware. Ryk says highlights for him were the intense, educational and fun BOOST Clinic he and his group attended as well as playing with Kyle Yates in the Pro-Am part of the tournament! Ask him about it when you see Ryk!
Pickleball travel is getting more and more popular!
That’s all for now,
