NEW DECK CONSTRUCTION
A handy crew of 16 EPC volunteers completed on September 25 the extension of our boardwalk with a wooden deck of 16 feet by 64 feet adjacent to our dedicated Pickleball courts. This will help keep the courts clean and provide a better all-weather surface for players and spectators off the courts. Two days of work was organized and led by Ken Hurshowy & Larry Wizniuk with the help of Terry Huff, Steve Samalack, Claude Filiatreault, Doug Thomson, Tom Sperling, Lilly Miedzinski, Marion Oudman, Pat Wells, Owen Dixon, Keith Williams, Darren Murray, Doug Ardis, Kirk Jensen and Glenn Vickers. The cost to the club was just under $4,000 for materials & supplies and a total of 136.5 volunteer hours.
